We offer full tours of our Mandeville boarding facility at ANY time, so you can see the room your pet will sleep in and meet the staff that will care for your furry friend. You can also schedule your pet’s grooming appointment while your dog is boarding at Ponga’s PetPalace. Mention it at check-in or call to book an appointment.

Our goal is to set ourselves apart from the other guys. We make sure that your pet is in a clean, safe environment that feels like a second home.

All dogs are guaranteed five walks a day. Cats are guaranteed to be played with and receive “TLC time” five times a day. Our staff checks litter for cleanliness and water for freshness throughout the day.

We recommend that you bring your pet’s usual diet to prevent any digestive issues that may be caused from a diet change. However, if you do not provide food – NO PROBLEM! We serve Pedigree® dry for dogs and Friskies dry for cats at $2 per cup. Can food is $50¢ per TBSP.

We encourage you to bring any of your baby’s favorite items while boarding (bed, blanket and toys – not excessive amount, please).

For your added peace of mind, Dr. Shannon Comeaux, from Little Creek Veterinary Hospital, is available to assist us with any questions or concerns we may have while your baby is under our care.
